If you've had old permanent makeup done before and it's still visible before booking an appointment, you should send me a photo so I can determine if I can perform a new PMU on it.
In case of failure to disclose this information and if the makeup is still visible, I reserve the right to refuse the procedure without refunding the deposit.
Not all pigmentation methods may be suitable for every client. I always try to individually match the optimal method and technique. If a client insists on a specific color,
shape, pigmentation technique, the end result will not be my work, and the full responsibility will lie with the client.
Is touch-up separately payable, and is it necessary?
Touch-up 4-8 weeks after the procedure is additionally payable.

How to prepare for the procedure?
Permanent eyebrow makeup
Do not pluck them before the procedure. I will adjust the shape for you.
Permanent lip makeup
Moisturize your lips well before the procedure, starting at least a week before the appointment. Do a gentle lip scrub the day before.
After the procedure,
there may be a possibility of herpes. Purchase over-the-counter medication Heviran or Hascovir on the day of the procedure; I will explain how to use it.
Permanent eyeliner makeup
Stop using eyelash serums one month before the procedure. Extended lashes must be removed.
Pain during the procedure?
It's an individual matter. I use a relaxing agent during pigmentation.
How does the procedure go, and how long does it take?
Reserve about 1.5-3 hours for the procedure.
The procedure is preceded by a consultation regarding health and any contraindications. We discuss your expectations and choose the correct method, make a
preliminary
drawing, and select the color.
What will I look like after the procedure, and how does healing look?
The natural reaction of the skin after the procedure is irritation, redness, or slight swelling, which usually disappears within 48 hours.
Immediately after the makeup, it may seem bold and darker.
After a few days, the skin starts to peel, and the effect will be completely different after scabs fall off within a week of the procedure.
Full color stabilization takes about 30 days.
How long will the effect last?
The durability of the makeup is an individual matter.
Factors affecting durability: skin type, care, health, exposure to UV radiation, chosen technique, and the depth at which the pigment is applied.
I recommend refreshing the makeup and retouching the eyebrows after about 1-1.5 years. Lip pigmentation lasts longer (about 3 years).
A 50% discount is applied to touch-ups within 12 months from the date of the last visit.
We talk about touch-up when the pigment is visible enough that we do not design a new shape (then a discount applies). If the pigment is weakly visible or we change
the shape, we treat such pigmentation as a new procedure, and the full price applies because the procedure must be redone.
Late arrivals
Please be on time; lateness is chargeable because my working time starts from the hour the client is scheduled.
Lateness- Up to 30 minutes, an additional £20-£30 is charged.
With more extended delays, the procedure will be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited
Cancellation of the appointment - deposit forfeited
Coming to appointments with accompanying persons or children is prohibited.
" Important: I cannot guarantee specific results or precisely determine the final outcome after the healing process of permanent makeup. Various factors, such as
individual
skin characteristics, healing processes, and other conditions related to the client's body, influence this. We always strive to tailor our approach, but the ultimate color
stabilization and final appearance may vary among individuals."
